As a past professional athlete with 30 years of training/racing background, along with extensive experience directing events, my approach to coaching goes beyond just the training aspect and moves into a rider's mindset as well as the skills in strategy and tactics that make the winning difference.
I provide personalized, holistic coaching plans tailored to your cycling goals and scheduling needs. I work with athletes at all levels, offering coaching for cyclocross, road, mountain bike, Xterra and triathlon. From beginners to professionals, I can help you reach your goals, whether it's your first marathon or century, or you aim to level up a category or compete for the podium at a high level.
During my 15 years of coaching experience, I have coached numerous athletes to reaching their individual goals, including 4 National Championship titles and several athletes to the category 1/Pro level.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your training plan will be input and available on Training Peaks for you to view. Changes are continually made to your plan based on your training results, personal feedback, and general life circumstances. You can expect regular communication via email & text on your progress, as well as phone calls as needed.
